Based on the experience of digital projects can be stated that fees lower than 75% of the average net market price pose a risk to the customer. However, a net price higher than the average of 150% raises the suspicion of unfair advantage. In such cases, the supplier should request a detailed justification for making the offer. Only professional reasons are acceptable, and general commercial considerations (introductory price, special offer, high risk, etc.) cannot be invoked.
